- Thursday 31st October 10:00pm: Laying of the Terraplas commenced and by 4:00am on Friday 1st November it was ready. This enabled the production team to start building the two mixer/lighting/delay tower units and to bring in the light & sound equipment across the Terraplas without damaging the turf.
- Friday 1st November: The Production Crew mark-out for the construction of the ‘B’ Stage on top of Terraplas.
- Saturday morning 2nd November: Everything is in place including chairs, barriers and a disabled area, ready for the gates opening at 6:00pm.
- Sunday 3rd November 4:00pm:With everything cleared off the top of the Terraplas it’s removal commences. This was completed by 10:00pm and all of the Terraplas was returned to the car park, where it was cleaned and got ready for the next show.
- Turf Inspection: The Turf was inspected immediately after removal of the Terraplas by Robert Else (Chairman of Terraplas plc on the right) and a potential client who was absolutely amazed at the condition of the turf after being covered by Terraplas for three full days with tens of thousands of people and hundreds of tonnes of equipment on top.
